Feeling more like a house than an apartment with its split level layout, this home manages to be stylishly sophisticated and yet welcoming and comfortable at the same time.

The property is on level 2 with lift access, and there is internal access from the garage where parking for 1 car is supplied for your convenience.

On entry, downstairs there is one Queen bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a ceiling fan and a small desk. There is a powder room nearby but note that the main bathroom is upstairs.

The majority of the downstairs is taken up by the sunny open plan living area. The modern and very well-equipped chefs kitchen includes a freestanding oven with gas hob, a dishwasher and a microwave, and it overlooks the lounge and dining areas. There is also a slow cooker, air fryer, food processor and kitchen aid hidden away in the pantry. The comfortable large curved sofa and Egg recliner and stool invite chilled evenings watching the smart TV, which has foxtel, stan and most modern entertainment apps. The beautiful round dining suite seats 6. Full sliding glass doors bring the covered outdoor terrace into the living room so it flows cleverly and acts as the perfect sunroom for morning coffee.

There is also a European style laundry cupboard on this level with a washing machine and dryer.

Heading upstairs there are two further bedrooms. The master at the back of the property is large and light with gorgeous Hamptons decor. Generous in space and with access to a wonderful terrace, perfect for taking a pre-dinner drink while the sun sets. The bedroom houses a King bed, has built-in robes, a TV, ceiling fan and its own modern shower ensuite with bath. The decor is delightful.

The 3rd bedroom at the front of this level is a luxurious Queen, also with built-in robes and overhead fan, and is serviced by the second modern bathroom with shower vanity and toilet.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning ensures comfort year round and WiFi is provided. We can’t think of anything else you’ll need for your stay. It’s a modern and stylish apartment for a beach getaway and that’s without listing the location’s attributes!

Local Area

The location’s spot on too. Just 400 metres away is Bondi Rd, with a host of eateries ranging from Thai to Middle Eastern and Mexican. There are yet further options for meals, coffee or drinks out at either Bondi Beach which is a 5 minute drive away, or at Bondi Junction just a kilometre away.

Of course, the biggest drawcard may well be stunning Bondi Beach with its expanse of sand and its vibrant culture. It’s definitely worthy of its iconic status, but there are other lovely beaches nearby - both Tamarama and Bronte are also close.

Local shops and boutiques will also entice, with Westfield at Bondi Junction having over 300 stores, including both high end designer wares and high street staples. Bondi markets is a popular place at the weekend for browsing more local artisan products.

For the active or those with children, Waverley Park is a short walk up the road and has plenty of space and a playground or head to the expansive Centennial Parklands for plenty of outdoor options including play equipment, horse riding and cycle tracks. The Bondi to Bronte coastal walk is spectacular and a visit to Waverley Cemetery is fascinating.

Transport links are good, with options to either take the bus to Bondi Beach from Bondi Rd, or to Bondi Junction where the train connection has you in the cbd in only 4 stops.

Whether you’re staying for work or leisure, in summer or winter, Bennett in Bondi is just the ticket. Enjoy it while you can - you’ll find it hard to leave!
