WiFi is available throughout.

All 3 bedrooms are well presented and generously sized. The largest houses a Queen bed, small sofa and a large built-in robe, the second has a double with built-in robe and the third another double with a skylight. All linen is provided.

The family bathroom is beautifully designed, with a freestanding bath, separate shower, a vanity and toilet. 

Downstairs there’s a second bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. 

Also on this lower level is the modern, renovated kitchen with an island bench with breakfast bar seating. It’s fully-equipped and includes a freestanding oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining suite seats 6. Black cabinets, polished concrete floors and tasteful furnished furnishings add a designer flair to the room. Sliding doors open right up to the outdoor alfresco area and the lush garden.

There is also a full laundry (washing machine and dryer) room downstairs and a separate office is located in the backyard, set up as a well presented work space. 

Street parking is available with a visitor parking permit provided.
