A clever use of space, a white colour palette and an abundance of natural light make this apartment stand out, but add in the location and you have a winner.

Located on the ground floor of a 6-unit building, in a quiet street, this home is exactly that. The owners invite you to make this your home while they travel* and it exudes warmth, character and elegance.

At the front of the apartment the study looks out over the shared north facing balcony with outdoor dining, a perfect place to relax in the morning sun. The dining room is tastefully decorated with seating for 4 and the living room has a comfortable modular sofa and smart TV. All the rooms have white washed floorboards and give off a relaxed beachy vibe.

The two Queen bedrooms are both equally well-presented with all linen supplied. The first has built-in wardrobes and the second a desk and chest of drawers. They share a modernised bathroom that has a shower over the bathtub, a vanity and toilet.

The kitchen is beautifully renovated and well-equipped, with quality appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, and sliding doors open to the patio with alfresco seating. This looks out over a shared outdoor space with a trampoline for children’s entertainment. Enjoy an evening drink out here as the sun goes down while the children play safely in sight.

With WiFi, street parking and shared laundry facilities in an external room, this home is sure to tick all the boxes. Street parking permits are available when booking this apartment, however we require the vehicle number plate one week in advance to ensure these permits are available for your use. Parking is not guaranteed as it’s street parking only.

  • Please note: this property is a temporary listing while the family travels overseas - so while professionally cleaned and tidied before your arrival, there will be personal effects in place during your stay.

While this property is listed as 'pet friendly' we do still require you to notify us if you would like to bring your pet and let us know what type of pet/breed it is. We will then advise if your pet is approved. If approved you will still be required to pay a $100 pet fee via our guest portal during the on-line check in process.

Local Area

You don’t get a better location than this. Just a few doors up from the corner of Lamrock Avenue and Campbell Parade, you’re right in the heart of one of Sydney's most iconic locations. The golden sands of Bondi Beach are just 200 metres away. Cafes, restaurants and boutique stores are on your doorstep. This is Sydney at its best.

The full array of beach and water activities are at your fingertips, from swimming and surfing to beach yoga and volleyball. Enjoy a stroll at the water’s edge or explore the coastal walks from Bondi to Coogee. A wander round Waverley Cemetery is fascinating, and nosing through these in-demand coastal suburbs is interesting. With bays dotted along the way, have a dip at every opportunity.

As far as eateries are concerned, you’re in for a treat. Try a cocktail at the iconic Icebergs at the south end of the beach, Ravesi’s balcony for brunch or a romantic dinner at Sean’s at the north end, and there’s plenty of choice in between. The thriving cafe culture lends itself to people watching, especially when the crowds come from all over the world.

Need some retail therapy? Boutiques are dotted along the foreshore, or take the bus to Bondi Westfield where you’ll find all the major outlets from high end designer stores to high street mainstays. The bus can also take you to Sydney centre with its full swathe of retail shops and tourist attractions.
