This is a delightful apartment with a warm, welcoming vibe. From its whitewashed floorboards and crisp white walls to its custom bunk beds and timber-topped kitchen, it exudes character and style. It’s full of natural light and uses its limited space cleverly, feeling more like a cottage than an apartment.

Entry is from street level into the top floor of the property, where all the bedrooms and both bathrooms are located. The master has a Queen bed, built-in robes, a stylish shower ensuite and a private balcony looking out over the tropical surrounds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have a triple bunk with a double below and a king-single up the top; all have built-in wardrobes. All are beautifully presented and are light and bright, yet with block-out blinds and double glazing.

The family bathroom has a shower, toilet and single vanity, and both bathrooms have heated towel rails. All linen is provided for your convenience.

Head downstairs, and the kitchen and dining is to the left, the living room to the right. The kitchen has a rustic, coastal appeal, with timber benchtops and white units underneath and open timber shelves above, and includes a breakfast bar. There is a large pantry, appliances include a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and there is a powder room with laundry appliances. The dining suite is conveniently positioned just near the kitchen and seats 6.

The lounge room on the other side of the staircase is full of natural light streaming in from the courtyard and is very stylish, with a sofa, a TV and a comfy chair. Designer touches and the blue and white palette are soothing and appealing. The courtyard beckons from the far end, with outdoor sofas and a coffee table set against a backdrop of lush plantings. It’s just perfect for a morning coffee or evening drinks.

Although there is no air-conditioning, the double brick structure of the building keeps the apartment cool in summer. Parking is on the street, which is a quiet residential one.

Local Area

The beauty of this property continues with its terrific location, just a 7 min walk to the beach through local shortcuts. It’s easy to justify Bondi’s iconic status when you wander down the street and immerse yourself in all it has to offer. From the golden sands of the long beach itself to the grassed foreshore with its pavilion, cafes and play equipment, it’s a vast playground and a wonderful place to enjoy people-watching! Drawing visitors from all around the world, it’s fascinating. Enjoy a game of beach volleyball, learn to surf or partake in some beach yoga.

On the other side of Campbell Parade is a different sort of playground, offering a thriving cafe culture and some buzzing nightlife. Cafes and restaurants jostle for your attention. You’re spoiled for choice, no matter whether it's pub food, fine dining or a quick snack.

The local coastal walks should definitely be on the cards. Explore the Bondi to Coogee walk, including a wander around Waverley Cemetery, which is fascinating for its history. Reward yourself with a long lunch at Clovelly Hotel or Totti's.

If you enjoy a spot of shopping, there are plenty of boutiques to visit, and Bondi Westfield is a short bus ride away.
