It’s resort-like in both its inclusions and its presentation.

Inside, the large modern kitchen has stools at the breakfast bar and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, including a microwave, dishwasher and pantry essentials. An expanse of glass allows an abundance of light in and the kitchen looks out over both the garden and the dining area. There is seating for 6 at the table under an artistic feature light.

The lounge room boasts a comfortable lounge and an occasional chair, a wall-mounted smart TV, and ornaments add style and warmth. Free WiFi is provided.

The 4 bedrooms are all equally well-presented, with unique touches and a designer flair. While the property’s master suite has been closed off to guests, the main that’s available is a generous size. It has a King bed, the 2nd a Queen. The third and fourth are more obviously intended for children, one with a decidedly feminine touch (and includes a trundle under the King single), and the other has a single bed. There is plenty of storage, reverse cycle air-conditioning and all linen is included.

The family bathroom is beautifully decorated, and has a separate bathtub and shower as well as the vanity and toilet. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Out the front of the house is a secure fully fenced garden and there is a large netted trampoline for the children to enjoy. Parking is available on the street.
