Situated on the third floor of a pleasant, secure art deco style building, this apartment is neat, bright and tastefully decorated. The layout includes the living room and a stylishly renovated kitchen which, while small, is very well-equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave and traditional coffee machine.
The cosy lounge has a comfortable modular leather sofa with chaise, which seats 4, and throws and cushions add warmth. Crisp white walls and high ceilings give a nice feeling of space.
The Queen bedroom is nicely appointed, with a desk and built-in robes. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and plenty of toys and games for children to use. It’s light and bright and will appeal to young ones.
The bathroom has a retro decor, with original tiles. The large shower head sits over the bathtub and there is a mirrored wall vanity over the sink, and toilet. All linen is included.
There is also a washing machine in the shared laundry and a terrific rooftop space for tenants to use which boasts sea glimpses.

Local Area
This is where this property really shines, situated less than a kilometre from Coogee Beach. Coogee is a wonderful place to spend some downtime, with its relaxed coastal vibe, plenty of cafes and restaurants and the surrounding area offering plenty of coastal walks and opportunities to enjoy the Sydney lifestyle.
Local amenities include a Woolworths, bottle shop, chemist and pharmacy. There are a multitude of cafes and restaurants along Coogee Bay Road, including Thai, Italian, Mexican, burgers and fish and chips. Visit the iconic Coogee Bay Hotel just across from the beach, or the Coogee Pavilion, both with outdoor seating. This is the place to sit back, sip on a cocktail and watch the world go by!
Coastal walks are a major drawcard in the area, particularly the Bondi to Coogee walk, famous for its Sculptures By The Sea. Other attractions include a children's playground, tennis court and rock pools. The popular beach is patrolled from October to April.
There’s a bus from just around the corner to Westfield Bondi Junction, which takes only 12 minutes. There you’ll find the best shopping Sydney has to offer! There’s also a service to the City, or catch the train from Bondi Junction. Everything is very accessible from this property’s convenient location.
